Delivery

We ring you before anything ships, to confirm the items, the sizes and the address. Once that is settled the parcel goes to the courier — usually 1 to 2 working days inside Dhaka and 2 to 4 outside it.

Decants are poured after your order arrives, not made up in advance. That keeps them fresh, but it can add a few hours before the parcel is packed.

Packing

Glass bottles and vials go in bubble wrap inside a rigid box. Breakage in transit is still possible, so please open the box in front of the delivery rider rather than after they have left.

Returns

Sealed full bottles — returnable within 3 days of delivery, unopened and undamaged, with the box and seal intact. Return courier charges are yours.

Decants — not returnable. They were poured for your order specifically and cannot go back into stock or be sold to anyone else. This is exactly why we would rather you risk Tk 200 on a 2ml before risking Tk 5,000 on a bottle.

Broken or wrong items — entirely our problem. If we sent the wrong thing or it arrived broken, photograph it and call 01XXX-XXXXXX. We will replace it or refund you in full.

Payment

Cash on delivery means you pay the rider when the parcel reaches you. If you pay in advance by bKash, Nagad or Rocket, put the transaction ID into the checkout form and we will match it against our end before dispatch.
